Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking dedicated individuals for multiple production openings to join their team. As a production worker, you will be an essential part of the industrial operations supporting manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a solid understanding of electricity, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Positions

Location: Monticello, IN

Pay Range: $17 and up BOE/position

Shifts: 1st (7a-3p), 2nd (3:30p-11:30p) & 3rd (11p-7a),
Days: Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

• Welding parts to specifications using appropriate techniques and tools
• Measuring and inspecting components to ensure quality standards
• Interpreting blueprints and schematics for accurate assembly
• Maintaining safety and cleanliness in the work environment
• Collaborating with team members to meet production goals
• Powder coating parts
• Assembly both in the CAT and electrial areas

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in industrial manufacturing
• Proficiency with measuring tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Job requires a pre-employment drug screen
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
