We’re looking for enthusiastic, service‑oriented individuals to join our team. The Team Member will interact with customers and coworkers, support sales initiatives, and perform a variety of tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with flexibility for varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.

• Perform a combination of duties during 95% of the day, including but not limited to:
  • Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures.
  • Recover merchandise.
  • Participate in mandatory freight process.
  • Complete Plan‑o‑gram procedures (merchandising, sets, resets).
  • Assemble merchandise.
  • Perform janitorial duties.
  • Execute price changes/markdowns.
  • Operate forklift (if 18+).
  • Operate cardboard baler (if 18+).
  • Assist customers with loading purchases.
  • Ensure customers have a Legendary shopping experience.
  • Sanitize and maintain poultry holding tanks and care for birds as required.
  • Complete all associated documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• No experience required, but retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Team Members must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically with minimal conflict.

• Indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Indoor floors and outdoor lots are typically hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt, etc.). Lighting and temperature are adequate.
• Work shifts vary by store, generally no less than 4 hours and may exceed 8 hours.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to company safety training and guidelines.

• Move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds throughout the store.
• Push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with appropriate material handling equipment.
• Occasionally lift or reach overhead.
• Frequently stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders.
• Move throughout the store for an entire shift.
• Safely access all store areas, including the selling floor, side lot, stock area, and register area.
• Operate and use all equipment (dolly, handtruck, forklift, baler, computer, cash register). Forklift and baler requirements do not apply to those under 18.
• Operate store equipment such as computer and cash register constantly.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Use strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with team members.
• Process information and merchandise through the point‑of‑sale system.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all required training and certifications, including propane dispensing (if applicable).
