Schedule: 40 hours Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri

Job Summary
:
Performs all aspects of patient care in primary care clinic environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors under direct supervision of a provider. Performs medication reconciliation at each visit. Provides education and dosing instructions regarding medications as instructed by provider. monitors and processes daily task list. performs vitals and records in EMR. Assists providers with office procedures.

Regulatory Requirements:

Current LPN/RN licensure in the State of Illinois

Current BCLS certification

Previous EMR experience required

Two to Three years of family practice or convenient care experience preferred.
