This well-established pediatric clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (PNP or FNP) or Physician Assistant to provide compassionate care to children and families across Southeast Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys small-town life, teamwork, and long-term relationships with patients.
What You'll Do:
- See pediatric patients during a four-day work week
- Rotate occasional Saturday shifts (3 hours, $100/hour)
- Work closely with our pediatrician and another NP for shared coverage
- Help manage busy clinic days (Mondays and Fridays)
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
What We are Looking For:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (PNP or FNP) or Physician Assistant
- Pediatric experience or strong pediatric clinical background preferred
- Current DEA and state license (fees paid by employer)
- Interest in long-term practice in a small, close-knit community
- Base salary: $90,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)
- Bonus:
Percentage of net minus overhead, paid quarterly - Health, dental, and vision insurance fully covered for employee
- CME allowance: $1,000 annually
- DEA and license fees paid
