Tu es du genre ultra-organisé(e), à l'aise avec les chiffres et tu aimes jongler entre mails, factures et suivis de chantiers ? Alors cette annonce est pour toi !
Ta mission :- Répondre aux appels et accueillir clients et partenaires avec le sourire.
- Gérer les mails, courriers et documents comme un(e) chef(fe).
- Facturer, préparer les paiements et assurer un suivi comptable carré.
- Vérifier que les heures des ouvriers et les factures fournisseurs sont bien dans les clous.
- Expérience en administration/comptabilité, idéalement dans le bâtiment.
- Organisation, autonomie et bonne humeur au quotidien.
- À l'aise avec les outils bureautiques et comptables.
