Key Responsibilities
* Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients and families; document per Tri Health and unit guidelines.
* Develop and update individualized plans of care based on assessment findings and patient needs.
* Provide holistic, safe, and therapeutic nursing care across acute and/or hospice settings.
* Communicate effectively with physicians and interprofessional care teams.
* Incorporate health teaching and counseling into patient and family interactions.
* Maintain compliance with the Weekend Program schedule expectations, including required weekend shifts and potential evening/night call. Qualifications Must‑Have
* Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
* BSN required within 5 years of hire.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
* RN license and strong knowledge of nursing sciences across the care continuum. Preferred
* Membership in a related professional nursing organization.
* Up to 1 year of clinical experience in a nursing unit consistent with assigned area. Schedule & Work Arrangement

- Hourly Pay Based on Previous RN Experience Job Overview:
This position applies the nursing process in providing direct and indirect holistic care to patients and their families. This position collaborates, in a collegial manner, with physicians and other health care team members in meeting the patient's needs, and may delegate certain aspects of care to those under their direct supervision, within the scope of nursing practice. This position requires weekend hours and may be on-call during the evenings and nights.

Job Requirements:
