Key Responsibilities
* Perform initial and ongoing patient and family assessments; document per Tri Health standards.
* Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care.
* Provide safe, therapeutic nursing care while maintaining dignity and autonomy.
* Recognize and respond to emergency and rapidly changing clinical situations.
* Communicate effectively with providers and the care team.
* Complete all assigned patient care and documentation within required time frames.
* Serve as a resource by sharing clinical knowledge and assisting with staff development. Qualifications Required
* Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
* BSN required within 5 years of hire.
* Active Registered Nurse license.
* BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers.
* Strong foundation in biological, physical, behavioral, and social nursing sciences. Preferred
* More than 1 year full‑time or 2 years part‑time acute care experience.
* Membership in related professional organizations.
* Specialty certification (e.g., CEN, TNCC). Schedule & Work Location
