• Earning potential of $175,000-$350,000/year (base + 30% of production)
• $25,000 sign-on bonus ($12,500 on first paycheck and $12,500 at renewal)
• Guaranteed $1,100/day for the first 90 days, then $1,000/day thereafter

Kings Dental is a growing, two-location practice serving the greater Cincinnati area with state-of-the-art equipment and a strong reputation for patient care. We use modern digital technology and AI-supported tools (including Overjet AI for diagnostics and automated insurance verification) to streamline workflows, support accurate diagnosis, and improve case acceptance.

• Primarily PPO and insured patients with a strong family-oriented patient base
• Known for general and emergency dentistry under one roof
• Recognized with numerous awards, accreditations, and 5-star patient reviews

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including:
  • Restorative procedures
  • Surgical extractions
  • Molar endodontics
  • Other general and emergency dental treatments
• Diagnose and present clear, ethical treatment plans
• Coordinate with hygienists, assistants, and front office team to maintain an efficient schedule
• Build long-term relationships with patients through excellent chairside manner
• Contribute to a positive, team-based environment

• Active Ohio dental license
• DEA license
• Malpractice insurance (or ability to obtain)
• Competence and confidence with:
  • Surgical extractions
  • Molar endodontics
  • General restorative procedures
• Strong communication and patient education skills
