Class A Truck Driver

Trillium Drivers is now seeking CDL Class A Truck Drivers for long-term, temp-to-hire opportunities!

Schedule is 8am-4:30pm. Pay rate is $24/hour. Responsible for maintaining safe and efficient yard operations by moving equipment, directing traffic, and supporting dock flow. This role works closely with management and drivers to ensure smooth daily operations while adhering to all safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
-Move trailers and other equipment on and off the dock as needed.
-Direct traffic within the yard, including both company and non-company drivers.
-Track loads, empty trailers, and backhauls within the yard.
-Perform yard equipment and load checks while following all safety policies and procedures.
-Assist management to ensure efficient dock operations and workflow.
-Perform other duties as assigned to support yard and dock operations.

Key Qualifications-Valid CDL Class A Driver's license.
-At least 1+ years of recent and verifiable CDL Class A driving experience.
-Clean MVR.
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
-Previous experience leading or supervising a team.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
-Clear communication skills and the ability to work with drivers and management.
