CDL​/Flatbed Driver

Outsource Delivery is seeking experienced Flatbed Truck Drivers. Candidates must have a current Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL), a clean driving record, and 1-2 years of over-the-road hauling experience. Flexibility regarding work hours, including weekends and holidays, is essential.

Drivers should possess the physical strength necessary to drive long hours and properly secure loads.

• Secure loads properly to ensure safe transportation.
• Plan routes using maps or GPS.
• Arrive at destinations on time and deliver goods promptly.
• Monitor road conditions and traffic.
• Comply with all traffic laws.
• Maintain detailed logs of travel, mileage, and rest periods to adhere to Department of Transportation regulations.
• Refuel, clean, and wash the truck as needed.
• Report incidents and mechanical issues to dispatch and maintenance personnel.
• Inspect the trailer before and after trips, recording any defects.
• Follow accident procedures if necessary.
• Keep the truck and equipment in good condition.
• Take rest periods during trips and exercise safety precautions while driving.

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to use GPS and maps accurately.
• High integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to work independently.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of flatbed hauling experience.
