What You’ll Do- Teach safe, effective, and inspiring group reformer classes (up to 12 clients per class)
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through attentive coaching and energy
- Build lasting relationships with members and teammates
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
- Assist with intro sessions, membership sales, and community events
- Be a motivating force for our motto:
Do Pilates. Do Life.
- Prior experience teaching group reformer classes
- Confident, energetic, and encouraging teaching style
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Punctual, professional, and dependable
- Comfortable working with all fitness levels
- Willingness to learn studio systems (we use Club Ready
)
