Irrigation Technician

Overview

ALM Commercial Landscaping is searching for an Irrigation Technician to install, maintain and repair irrigation systems for our commercial customers. The Irrigation Technician role is fulltime and benefit eligible and we pay weekly!

• Troubleshoot, inspect, install and repair irrigation systems
• Ensure irrigation repairs are being done correctly on a timely basis and in accordance with all local and state codes
• Maintain paperwork on projects, work orders, and issues
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools
• Investigate incidents, accidents, or emergencies
• Communicate daily with Manager and other team members as needed
• Inspect company equipment, property, and vehicle daily
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 2+ years of irrigation experience is highly preferred; open to candidates with plumbing, construction or electrical experience that are willing to learn irrigation systems
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
• Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and walk 10+ miles a day
