ISP Fiber Leads

Overview

Our customer is in need of "Crew Leads" to serve as liaisons between their PMs and the technicians performing on‑site work at a Data Center build site in Montgomery. They anticipate another hiring wave in the coming months but currently lack sufficient leadership, as existing PMs are spread too thin. Crew Leads will act as the go‑between to help get work done more efficiently.

We are looking for 2 ISP Fiber Leads Crew Leads. Candidates must be experienced splicers—several years of splicing, installation, and maintenance, testing and troubleshooting of inside and outside plants, and ability to read and understand technical diagrams. Prior leadership experience is welcome but not required.

Act as the liaison between PMs and on‑site technicians, coordinating tasks, ensuring project progress, and facilitating effective communication to support efficient operations at the data center build site.

Hourly pay range: $26.00 – $28.00 per hour.
