Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures;
Operate the dispatch center by receiving calls, radio traffic, and alarms; prioritize requests for service; and coordinate the response of on-site personnel and/or mobile units;
Monitor CCTV, access control, fire panels, and other building systems; document activity; and report unusual conditions to site management and/or responding authorities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, coordinating resources, and completing detailed incident reports;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the building and perimeter as assigned; working environments and conditions may vary by location
