Security Officer - Flex Patrol Rounds

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and contractor activity, reporting concerns and/or suspicious behavior per post orders.;
Complete accurate patrol logs and incident reports, communicate observations to site representatives, and support routine operations such as opening and/or closing checks as assigned.
