Security Officer - Flex Perimeter Patrol

Allied Universal - Up to $15.91/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or policy concerns.;
Monitor access points and visitor traffic, verify credentials as required by post orders, and direct individuals to appropriate locations while supporting a professional lobby and property presence.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken per site instructions.;
Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, communicate observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management, and support security-related awareness for property staff.
