, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that may arise. You will interact with tenants, visitors, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times.

Job Schedule:

• Tue 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security‑related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to tenants and visitors.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site‑specific policies.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
