Role Description
We are seeking a full‑time Security Branch Manager for our on‑site role in Montgomery, AL. The Security Branch Manager will oversee daily operations of designated security services, ensure compliance with company policies, recruit and train personnel, develop schedules, and coordinate with clients to address their security needs. The role requires managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring quality standards. This position also involves resolving client issues, building strong client relationships, and leading a team to deliver exceptional security services in line with DSI’s values.
Qualifications
- Experience in team leadership, personnel management, and professional development.
- Proficiency in security operations, risk assessment, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and client management skills.
- Basic proficiency with security technology tools including surveillance equipment, access control systems, and reporting software.
- Ability to handle budgeting, scheduling, performance tracking, and resource allocation.
- High school diploma required, criminal justice, or related field preferred.
- Experience in providing security services within regulated industries or environments, preferably within California.
- Proven track record of upholding integrity and reliability in a professional setting.
