Buffalo Rock manages the best beverage portfolio in the country, which includes several beloved global and regional brands. The Franchise On Demand Lead is a key member of the Operations team responsible for assisting with On Demand deliveries, Donation and other special events hosted by the Franchise.

- Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position. Position is required to work all hours necessary to ensure operations function is fulfilled, including nights, weekends, holidays. Travel may be required. Might be required to be on-call.
- Deliver & coordinate on demand orders from external customers.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining community relationships.
- Coordinate product donation delivery and pickup.
- Maintain security in regard to inventory and monies and accurately account for all invoices.
- Assist in any other duties that may be requested by management to promote and enhance the overall image of Buffalo Rock Company in all community and business activities.
- May be required to travel for company events, training, meetings, etc.
- Employee is required to assist in all catering and special events as scheduled by Supervisor.
- Driving company vehicles during work related events required.
- Employee is required to assist in putting supplies in appropriate area.
- Coordinate between Hub and Cross Dock for product pickup.
- Be loyal to the Company and Company products and support and enforce all company policies.
- Assist in customer satisfaction by working directly with Franchise Management.
- Advise proper personnel of problems within the area of responsibility.
- Complete all paperwork in a professional and timely manner.
- Must adhere to Company Work Attire Policy and uniform requirements.
- Adhere to customer policies for vendors or suppliers, which may include but is not limited to business conduct policies, business ethics policies, legal policies, delivery, and merchandising policies.
- Responsible for selling and being familiar with all distributed products to the special event customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must exhibit a high level of ethical and moral conduct while at work or in attendance of any off-site function during work hours or after work hours while representing the Buffalo Rock Company.
- Responsible for continuous self-improvement through the knowledge and use of all Buffalo Rock provided training, either web-based, in-house, or any other provided method. Must successfully complete assigned training curriculum, including but not limited to online and/or facilitated training.
- Ensure that every reasonable precaution is taken to protect the Company from possible damages, theft, or other liabilities.
