Build the Future with Us — Equipment Share is Hiring a Territory Account Manager. At Equipment Share, we’re assembling the best team to build something that’s never been built before. We’re hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Montgomery, AL, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.
Territory Account Managers will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Core Solutions branches offer construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment and more.
Pay: $150,000 - $600,000+ Total Compensation (Uncapped commission with no market restrictions + base salary)
Responsibilities- Territory management of a geographical area. Responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention.
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and requests. Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- New business development and client acquisition/account development. Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how Equipment Share can help save them money, make more money, and operate more efficiently.
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100 percent satisfaction with the level of service and support. Keep them up-to-date about new or additional ways Equipment Share can help improve their business with our jobsite solutions.
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.

- Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge with B2B sales experience preferred but not required
