The Role

The position will be responsible for developing, leading, and executing sales strategies. Key responsibilities are identifying business opportunities, expanding our market presence, cultivating relationships, providing valued solutions, and executing initiatives that will take OWL Service to the next level of success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to target and acquire new customers, maximizing revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop sales pipelines, proactively seeking new prospects and managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to customers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for business growth in the sales segment.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, monitor sales performance, and provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to customers, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of the company’s products or services.
  • Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements and terms with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial and sustainable partnerships.
  • Stay abreast with industry trends, market dynamics, and changes in customer needs to adapt sales strategies and approaches accordingly.
Requirements
  • Proven 5‑7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the Security, Low Voltage, and/or Point of Sales industries.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and MS Office suite.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
  • Proactive and self‑motivated with a strong drive for success and continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and changing business environment.
  • Ability to travel 50%+.
