Position Overview

We are on the hunt for a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our vibrant team and propel the growth of our life insurance products. As a key player in our sales force, you will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions.
This role allows you to work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and hit your sales targets in a rewarding and supportive environment.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, enabling focus on client interactions.
- Client Consultation: Perform needs assessments to understand clients financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options.
- Sales Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address specific client concerns and preferences.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships, provide ongoing support, and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to position our life insurance offerings effectively.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management.
- Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, protect client confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with clients.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
- Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (licensing assistance provided).

- Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $/yr
- Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly.
- Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client s sale.
- Range is based on the average representative in current markets.
