• Enter orders into the SX system
• Expedite customer orders, including faster processing, demand scheduling, and quote opportunities
• Regularly service and restock customer plant locations
• Build strong relationships with customer contacts at multiple plant locations
• Proactively and consistently address customer requirements to improve relations
• Maintain a positive attitude toward customers and teammates
• Other responsibilities as assigned

• Ability to lift 10–40 pounds daily
• Good analytic and organizational abilities
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solving and decision‑making skills
• Customer service experience a plus
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
