Allstate Beverage Company is hiring a Salesperson.

Position Objective:
The Salesperson is responsible for increasing sales of company products within assigned accounts.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct sales calls on all assigned accounts as per schedule.
• Sell and merchandise beer and non-alcoholic products according to GDH standards.
• Coordinate with retailers to balance order quantities and ensure proper product placement.
• Use sales data to prevent stockouts and improve sales.
• Request additional product placements and promotional displays during sales visits.
• Maintain updated marketing and tracking materials.
• Participate in incentive programs and assist with merchandising and delivery preparations.
• Build positive relationships with account owners and staff.
• Monitor competitive activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Work on improving shelf placement and product rotation.
• Train retailers on product selling and merchandising techniques.
• Communicate effectively with managers and account contacts.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance, proper equipment use, and adherence to safety and legal regulations.
• Support monthly sales features and execute promotional activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
