Position Overview

We are looking for a bright and talented professional to join our team as a Staffing Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing the company's strategic marketing plan to drive new business.

Position Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for proactively developing a new portfolio of clients, signing new clients, developing a market presence, and establishing a solid knowledge of the industry. We are a process and productivity-driven organization, and you will help expand our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of the business strategy
  • Provide advice and recommendations on investments and business opportunities, focused on infrastructure
  • Oversee and lead sales and client engagement initiatives within the region
  • Provide guidance, performance management, and leadership to direct reports
  • Conduct data mining/networking to discover new leads
  • Confidently consult with clients over the phone about the organization’s benefits and abilities
  • Set appointments with prospects to generate sales revenue and build customer loyalty
  • Prospect for business partners and follow up with sales calls
  • Develop, organize, and nurture a pipeline of business development leads from initial contact to closing
  • Coordinate the transfer of leads to appropriate sales team members for opportunities identified
Candidate Qualifications

As the Staffing Account Executive, you must be confident, outgoing, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic, capable of functioning effectively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be willing to learn new programs, processes, and technologies. We seek positive, driven, and confident individuals who will professionally represent the company and its customers at all times.

  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Sales Executive
  • Experience with large staffing agencies such as Randstad, Apple One, Robert Half, Allegis, Kelly Services, Adecco, Manpower, etc.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Understanding of sales cycles and lead generation approaches
  • Self-motivated with high diligence and accountability
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities
  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively in business relationships

Physical Requirements

This role is primarily sedentary, requiring sitting/standing for long periods while using a computer and phone. Occasional movement around the office, lifting objects up to 40 pounds, and operating office equipment are expected.
