- Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the perfect vehicle
- Provide expert knowledge on vehicle features, technology, and benefits
- Execute the sales process from test drives to financing, ensuring a seamless experience
- Develop a strong pipeline by following up with leads, setting appointments, and maintaining client relationships
- Achieve and exceed sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Automotive sales experience (preferred but not required)
- A track record of success in customer service or sales
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- A self-motivated, goal-driven attitude
- Tech-savviness and familiarity with CRM tools (Microsoft Office knowledge a plus)
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
