Our Sales Associates use passion, high energy, and knowledge to provide a unique sales experience that meets customer needs in an ever‑changing wireless world.

Through the TCC Gives program, Sales Associates support local communities with 16 paid volunteer hours per year, grant opportunities up to $10,000 per quarter, and participation in quarterly community initiatives such as School Rocks Backpack Giveaway, Teachers Rock, Rescues Rock (pet adoption), and Rock the Pantry (food drive). We create a culture that inspires and motivates our Sales Associates to exceed performance goals, while embracing equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Average Salary: $55‑65,000 per year. Includes Competitive Hourly Rate, Uncapped Commission, Bonuses and Profit Sharing.

• Passionate customer advocate who assists, advises, and educates customers on wireless products and services.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction while focusing on true value for all customers.
• Conduct calls to customers seeking more information on products and services.
• Perform operational procedures, including store opening and closing.
• Meet retail sales milestone goals while balancing customer experience and performance goals.
• Attend training and meetings for development.
• Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants, and more.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work guaranteed full‑time hours and a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation; able to work in multiple locations.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods; lift up to 10 pounds.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% as business needs.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
