Member Assist Cart Attendant

Overview

Member Assist Cart Attendant at Sam's Club. The role supports members, maintains a clean and organized shopping environment, and assists with loading purchases and cart availability. Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr actual pay based on skills and experience.

• Ensure a well-kept parking lot and prepared carts; assist members with purchases and loading vehicles as needed.
• Provide exceptional member service, answer questions, and promote company products and services.
• Maintain a clean, neat, member-ready area and ensure availability of carts/flatbeds; assist with transporting items.
• Perform safety sweeps and follow procedures for handling merchandise; report unsafe situations.
• Process member purchases and payments according to company policies and procedures; operate cash registers as required.
• Assist with selecting, packaging, and providing alternatives when items are unavailable; communicate delays for pickup orders when applicable.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and ethical standards; collaborate with managers and coworkers to address priorities and feedback.
