- Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
- Build customer loyalty through coaching the team on benefits of customer participation in loyalty programs.
- Execute company direction on merchandising and operations; manage payroll and budgets.
- Understand and analyze KPIs and identify behaviors to drive results.
- Seamlessly lead and integrate an omnichannel experience, ensuring teams are trained on available tools.
- Reduce loss through consistent customer service, education, and operational controls.
- Positive and solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, including executing multiple tasks at once.
- Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, web navigation, etc.).
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or related management experience leading direct reports.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Stand or walk for extended periods; climb up and down a ladder.
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of two closing shifts a week.
