Front Of House Lead Supervisor

Overview

We are hiring immediately for full time and part time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR positions.

Location:

Baptist Medical Center East - 400 Taylor Road, Montgomery, AL 36117.

Schedule:

Full time and part time schedules. Days may vary, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. Must be able to work every other weekend. More details upon interview.

Pay Range: $14.70 per hour to $16.10 per hour.

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service. (See Qualifications for specific abilities.)
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Supervisory and customer service experience required.
