- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas
- Assist with training of all culinary team members
- Follow established methods of meal preparation and presentation
- Serve meals to residents promptly and in a friendly and courteous manner
- One or more years of experience in a commercial kitchen (preferred)
- Must possess Serv Safe Certification and a Food Handler’s permit as regulated by state and local authorities
- Must have skills in preparing specialized dishes for specific diets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members
