Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food meeting Chick-fil-A standards

* Stock kitchen inventory and maintain cleanliness

* Stay updated on new Chick-fil-A products

* Adhere to safety protocols and report maintenance issues

* Complete assigned tasks and follow dress code

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented

* Cheerful, positive attitude with a love for serving others

* Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills

* Able to multi-task and work well independently and in a team

* Flexible schedule availability

* Ability to lift and carry 20-30 lbs and stand for long periods

* Have a minimum availability of 2pm - 11pm
