** Responsibilities:
*** Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant and banquet operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
* Train and supervise staff to deliver a high level of service that aligns with the club's standards.
* Schedule and manage the day-to-day activities of the food and beverage team.
* Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
* Address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
* Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders for food and beverage supplies.
* Implement strategies to control costs and minimize waste.
* Collaborate with the events team to coordinate and execute banquets, weddings, and special events.
* Ensure all aspects of events, including setup and breakdown, meet or exceed customer expectations.

* Qualifications:

*** Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
