Property Manager

This is a full-time on-site Property Manager role located in Montgomery, AL at The Richards Group. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing properties, handling tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with leasing policies and regulations.

• Property management experience, including leasing and tenant relations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of property laws and regulations
• Experience with property maintenance and vendor management
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Customer service oriented and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in property management software is a plus

• Oversee daily operations of assigned properties
• Manage properties and tenant relations
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs
• Ensure compliance with leasing policies and regulations
