Key Responsibilities:
Support product and raw material release activities by reviewing documentation and verifying accuracy Draft, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist with quality system improvements Log and investigate product complaints, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of quality experience in dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or regulated consumer products Hands-on experience with batch release documentation and quality investigations Working knowledge of FDA cGMPs and quality documentation best practices
Experience with contract manufacturers and manufacturing processes is strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field preferred
