RN Patient Care Manager; PCM L&D

FT Days, 4 10 hour shifts

Under the direction of the Unit Director, the Patient Care Manager (PCM) is responsible on a shift basis for the planning and comprehensive operations of a specific clinical unit such that it complies with hospital and nursing philosophy, policies and procedures. The Patient Care Manager assists the Unit Director in ensuring the delivery of patient care through the nursing process by maintaining staff, maintaining financial control of the unit, and serving as liaison between administration and staff.

Up to 60% of scheduled time may be in patient care.

Current unrestricted AL or Multi State RN license, 2 years' experience in L&D, BLS, NRP and STABLE required.

BSN and RN Certification preferred.
