Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part-Time Nights

Compensation: $30 - $40 per hour + Shift Differential

- Complete clinical assessments and ensure proper documentation
- Administer medications and monitor chronic conditions
- Respond confidently to resident concerns and emergencies
- Communicate with families and staff about changes in care
- Collaborate with caregivers to provide a seamless, person‑centered care experience
- Active LPN license in Minnesota
- Geriatric or long‑term care experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and confident decision‑making
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Compassionate presence with clear, calm communication
- COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption required
