Baylor Med Cart Nurse RN or LPN Night Shift

We are currently accepting applications for a Baylor Med Nurse within our long-term care and rehab facility specializing in geriatrics. • LPN License or Temporary PN License
• Must pass background and drug screen

• Responsibilities of this position include medication administration, computer documentation including assessment of resident's current status, observation and reporting of any change in resident's status to MD/sponsors as necessary, ordering medications from pharmacy, supervision of CNA staff, wound care, collecting and processing lab samples.
