Per Diem Clinical Research Nurse - Home Visits

Science 37’s Nursing Solutions Group brings together expert nurses to organize, plan, and implement mobile clinical nurse services for participants in clinical trials. The group works throughout the trial life cycle, from protocol development and feasibility analysis to implementation and closeout.

Per Diem Mobile Research Nurse – Registered Nurse who works per diem across multiple therapeutic areas, independent and collaborative within the Nursing Solutions Group. The role involves delivery of care to participants at home and collaboration with brick‑and‑mortar sites as needed. This is a travel role requiring on‑site visits to participants’ homes.

• Provide research nurse services to qualified study participants at home
• Apply clinical research and nursing practices to develop solutions to complex problems
• Collaborate with Lead and Per Diem Mobile Research Nurses on solutioning, education, and resource support
• Participate in activities that advance operational development of Science 37 nursing service delivery
• Develop relationships with study team members and serve as subject‑matter expert on nursing processes
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet Science 37’s evolving needs

• Full COVID‑19 vaccination strongly preferred; CDC guidelines followed
• Active RN licensure in home state and eligibility for Compact Licensure
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical/research experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Positive representation of the company in participant homes or clinic settings
• Travel and availability: 1‑2 days per week dedicated to study visits, weekday/night availability
• Willingness to travel to participants’ homes
• Active driver’s license

• Ability to obtain nursing license in multiple states as needed
• Physical ability to perform nursing tasks and lift equipment up to 15 kg
• Reliable vehicle for participant visits
• Ability to use technology for assessments and documentation (laptop, tablets, communication devices)
• Proficient written and verbal English communication
• Weekday/night availability
• Up to 100 % travel as needed for visits and meetings

Pay ranges from $50–$55 per hour, with potential discretionary bonuses and commissions. Actual starting pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

Minimal supervision; report to the Manager, Nursing Solutions Group.
