MGH-Flo Coat Operator

The Flo-Coat Operator will serve our Water Heating Division, located in Montgomery, AL
.

• Must be able to start up equipment and prepare flue bundles for coating.
• Positions flue bundles on turntable using power hoist and coats with spray gun.
• Removes flue bundles from turntable and places on monorail to go through furnace using power hoist.
• Scrapes all enamel splash and build up off back stop, turntables, motor housing, and sides of vat.
• Hose down all machinery and shuts off equipment.
• Inspect units or parts for defects and workmanship.
• Observe all departmental safety requirements.
• Work from written or verbal orders.
• May be exposed to high noise levels.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Continuous lifting of 1-5 lbs.
• Frequent lifting of 5-25 lbs.
• Occasional lifting of 25-60 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, walk and/or lift repetitively during shift.
