Branch Manager
The Branch Manager oversees 24/7 security operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. This position requires strategic leadership, team development, and strong client relationship management.
Minimum Qualifications- Valid ASRB Security License (must obtain and maintain).
- Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
- Security management certifications (CPP, PSP) preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Lead and manage security supervisors and officers.
- Promote teamwork, professional development, and a positive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and client expectations.
- Oversee scheduling and staffing for 24/7 coverage.
- Manage incident response and emergency situations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct site visits and meetings to assess service quality.
- Prepare and present operational performance reports.
- Develop and manage operational budgets.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet goals.
- Oversee billing and invoicing accuracy.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.
- Supervise security supervisors and officers.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and evaluations.
- Ensure operational standards and support incident resolution.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of security operations and emergency response.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work flexible hours.
- Knowledge of security technology and systems.
- Experience with budgeting and financial tracking.
- Familiarity with incident reporting and client communication protocols.
- Stand and sit for at least 1 hour without a break.
- Walk ½ mile without stopping.
- Climb 20 commercial facility stairs without stopping.
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in security management or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, security management, or related field.
- Experience in 24/7 security operations and budget management.
