Vice President, Compliance And Privacy Officer

We are seeking an experienced Vice President, Compliance And Privacy Officer to lead our Compliance Department and ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. This leadership role fosters a culture of ethics and compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
• Lead compliance training and education programs
• Oversee investigations, hotline disclosures, and reporting processes
• Monitor and enhance compliance, privacy, and data security policies
• Maintain and update the company's Code of Conduct
• Collaborate with leadership on quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required;
  Master's preferred
• 5+ years of healthcare compliance experience
• 2+ years of management experience
• Health Care Compliance certification strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
