Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader / Growth Specialist located in Montgomery, AL. The role involves recruiting and developing top-performing real estate agents, driving growth strategies through marketing and sales initiatives, and fostering a collaborative team culture. The Team Leader / Growth Specialist will provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to inspire team success while overseeing team operations to meet performance and growth targets.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Team Leadership and Team Management to inspire and guide a high-performing team
- Strong Sales and Marketing expertise to drive growth initiatives and enhance business development efforts
- Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate effectively with agents, stakeholders, and clients
- Strategic and critical thinking abilities to identify opportunities for team and business growth
- Previous real estate industry experience is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to set and achieve goals
- Base pay with multiple bonus structures.
