The District Manager oversees daily operations for the Vending, Office Coffee, and Ave. C service lines, including Customer Service, Technical Operations, and Warehouse Management. This role ensures operational execution aligns with company goals in profitability, service excellence, and efficiency.

• Lead all operational functions across customer service, warehouse, and technical service teams.
• Manage P&L performance in partnership with the Regional Director, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Develop and execute action plans to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and align operations with strategic goals.
• Oversee labor planning and staffing to match business volume and productivity standards.
• Apply Lean principles to drive continuous improvement and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and retention, responding to client needs and growth opportunities.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and engagement across departments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain to ensure operational excellence.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of vendor or operations management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
• Multi‑unit management experience preferred.
