The Facilities Maintenance Technician maintains the safety, functionality, and professional appearance of credit union facilities and equipment, supporting daily operations and member experience. Through consistent preventive and corrective maintenance, this role ensures facilities remain safe, compliant, and well maintained across all locations while upholding high standards of quality and reliability.

- Conducts thorough inspections and performs maintenance and repairs on all interior and exterior facility components, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and professional standards.
- Executes preventive maintenance schedules, documenting and analyzing equipment performance trends to anticipate potential issues and minimize downtime.
- Maintains accurate service logs and maintenance records, submitting detailed reports on the condition and functionality of facilities to management.
- Responds to facility-related issues through an organized service ticket system; ensures timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Organizes and maintains tools, equipment, and storage areas in accordance with safety codes and best practices.
- Provides support for facility setup needs for meetings, events, and operational changes.
- Participates in after-hours on-call rotation for emergency repairs or urgent facility-related concerns.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities in building systems, equipment, and operational procedures.
- Collaborates effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal departments while maintaining a high degree of autonomy in task execution.
- Complies with all safety, security, and compliance protocols; maintains current knowledge through regular training.
- Maintains a member first mindset.
- Upholds core values and builds team member and customer relationships.
- Completes all training as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
