Nature of Work

The work responsibilities include planning work assignments, supervising personnel engaged in both skilled and semi-skilled tasks, and maintaining accurate documentation of project activities. The incumbent must possess comprehensive knowledge of the duties performed by the crew, as well as the operation of relevant equipment, in order to effectively monitor work progress and provide on-the-job training to employees. Work assignments are generally issued at the beginning of each shift, and it is the responsibility of the foreman to prioritize and allocate tasks accordingly.
