Business Analyst

Job Summary:

The Senior IT Consultant (Business Analyst) role within the Medicaid department requires an experienced professional to work on-site in Montgomery, AL. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and supporting IT initiatives. The initial contract is for a defined period with the potential for renewal.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Document and manage project requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Support IT initiatives related to the Medicaid department.

Required Skills &

Certifications:

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience as a Business Analyst.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills &

Certifications:

- Conversion to Merit eligibility.

Special Considerations:

- Must work 100% on-site in Montgomery, AL. No remote work is allowed.
- No expense reimbursements will be approved.

Scheduling:
- 40 hours per week.
