MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT:
As a Systems Administrator, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of NMMES FEM, Navy Maritime Maintenance Enterprise System (NMMES) Facilities and Equipment Maintenance (FEM).
Lead/Manage/Support FEM missions with meticulously configured applications of IBM Maximo.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Bring your technology expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Systems Administrator must have:
- Education:
Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree - Experience:
1+ years of related experience - Technical skills:
Comprehensive knowledge of desktop operating systems and applications. Apply advanced diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions. Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software. Provide end‑user software troubleshooting and support. Collaborate with third‑party service providers to ensure that customer‑faced services are available when required. - Security clearance level:
Secret - US citizenship required
- Role requirements:
Baseline Certification is REQUIRED – Security+ ce, CySA+, or CCNA Security. Higher certifications such as CASP+ ce, CCNP Security, or CISSP are acceptable.

The likely salary range for this position is $64,230 - $80,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
