Technical Support Specialist

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Support Specialist, based in Montgomery, AL, with opportunities for partial work-at customers site with travel. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with onsite mechanical and electrical technical issues, providing PLC troubleshooting support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves analyzing technical problems to identify and implement effective solutions, while delivering exceptional customer service through various support channels.

• Expertise in Technical Support with Mechanical or Electrical Troubleshooting
• Fabrication, welding, reading electrical or mechanical prints can be required
• Strong Analytical Skills for diagnosing and resolving technical problems
• Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction through effective communication and resolution
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Familiarity with PLC programming for palletizing, depalletizing, or related industrial equipment is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience
