Breakfast Attendant – Ascent Hospitality

We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Ascent Hospitality. This role focuses on delivering excellent guest service during the breakfast period and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area.

Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable breakfast experience.

• Set up, maintain, break down, and clean the breakfast area in accordance with brand standards.
• Takes inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day.
• Assist with the preparation of foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices.
• Set up serving dishes, trays, utensils, cups, and other products.
• Arrange cold foods such as sweet rolls, muffins, and cereal.
• Clear and clean tables as they are vacated.
• Remove trash from the service area.
• Restock self‑service food and supplies as needed.
• Wash serving equipment and return to proper storage.
• Return reusable food supplies to storage after service.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain floors and furnishings.
• Inspect areas for safety hazards and report any maintenance problems to the department supervisor.
• Perform any other duties assigned by a supervisor or manager.

• Standing and walking for the entire length of shift
• Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to understand and follow directions
• Six months of customer service, hotel, or restaurant experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
